Delicéo Shipping Policy

At Delicéo, we are committed to delivering your favourite superfood snacks safely and promptly to your doorstep. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders, what you can expect during the shipping process, and how you can track or inquire about your shipment.


1. Order Processing

Once you place your order through our website or via WhatsApp, you will receive an order confirmation email or message. Our team begins preparing your order within 1–2 business days of receiving your payment confirmation.

Processing includes:

  • Verifying payment details.

  • Quality-checking items to ensure freshness and proper packaging.

  • Generating shipment labels.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, orders are typically shipped within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Estimated timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

While we strive to meet these timelines, unexpected delays due to logistics partners, weather conditions, or local restrictions may occur.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Order weight and volume

  • Delivery pin code

  • Promotional offers or free shipping thresholds

Applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. This link will provide real-time updates on:

  • Shipment status (in transit, out for delivery)

  • Estimated delivery date

  • Delivery partner contact details (where available)

5. Delivery Attempts and Undeliverable Packages

Our courier partners will attempt delivery at least twice to the shipping address provided. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or provide clear instructions for delivery.

If the delivery fails because of:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Recipient unavailable during attempts

  • Refused delivery

…the package will be returned to our facility. In such cases:

  • We will contact you to confirm the correct address.

  • Re-shipment may incur additional shipping charges.


6. Address Changes After Order Placement

If you need to change your delivery address after placing the order, please contact us immediately.

  • Address changes can be made before the order is shipped.

  • Once the order is in transit, we may not be able to modify the address.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care to ensure your Delicéo products arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive an order with:

  • Damaged packaging or product

  • Missing items

  • Tampered seal

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.

After verification, we will:

  • Send a replacement product, OR

  • Issue a refund, depending on your preference.


8. International Shipping

At present, Delicéo primarily ships within India. For international shipping inquiries, please email care@deliceo.in.


9. Delays and Force Majeure Events

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns) are not eligible for compensation. We will keep you updated in case of significant delays.

Certain pin codes may be temporarily unserviceable due to logistics limitations or regulatory restrictions. We will notify you at checkout if your address is affected.
