Delicéo Refund & Return Policy

At Delicéo, we take pride in delivering high-quality, clean, and delicious superfood snacks. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and fully satisfied with your experience. This policy explains how refunds, returns, and replacements are handled when you shop with us.


1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Dislike of taste or texture

  • Ordering the wrong product by mistake

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or otherwise unsatisfactory, we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Eligible cases include:

  • Items damaged in transit

  • Incorrect items shipped

  • Products past their expiry date upon delivery


2. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and advise you on the next steps.


3. Replacement Process

If your claim is approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), OR

  • An alternative product of equal value if the original is out of stock, OR

  • A refund processed to your original payment method

Replacements are shipped free of charge and usually dispatched within 5–7 business days after approval.


4. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of confirmation. Refunds are credited to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking).

If you do not see the refund reflected after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider first. If you still need assistance, reach out to our support team.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or partially consumed packs

  • Products returned without authorization

  • Items returned beyond the 48-hour notification period


6. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipping:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched. To request cancellation, contact us by phone or email.

After Shipping:
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.


7. Shipping Costs on Returns

If your order was incorrect or damaged, we will cover any return shipping costs.

If a return is accepted for any other reason (at our discretion), you may be responsible for the return shipping charges.


8. Packaging Returns

To process a return, please:

  • Retain the original packaging and invoice

  • Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage in transit

Returns received in damaged or altered condition due to inadequate packaging may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


9. Delays and Exceptions

We are committed to resolving issues quickly, but during peak seasons or unforeseen events (such as natural disasters or logistics disruptions), processing times may be longer.


10. Bulk and Corporate Orders

If you placed a bulk or corporate order, refunds and returns are handled individually. Please contact care@deliceo.in for assistance.


11. Incorrect Address or Delivery Refusal

If an order is returned to us because:

  • The delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete, OR

  • The shipment was refused without valid reason

…we reserve the right to deduct return shipping charges and process a partial refund.


12. Quality Assurance

All Delicéo products are carefully inspected before dispatch. Our team ensures that each pack meets our standards for freshness, taste, and quality.

If you believe a product does not meet these standards, please notify us immediately with supporting details so we can investigate and improve.


13. Refunds for Offers and Discounts

If your purchase included a discount or promotional offer, refunds will be calculated based on the net amount paid after the offer was applied.


14. International Orders

Currently, Delicéo ships within India. If you are interested in international orders or have special requests, please email us. Refunds and returns for international shipments are evaluated case by case.
