1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:
Change of mind
Dislike of taste or texture
Ordering the wrong product by mistake
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or otherwise unsatisfactory, we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
Eligible cases include:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and advise you on the next steps.
3. Replacement Process
If your claim is approved, we will offer:
A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), OR
An alternative product of equal value if the original is out of stock, OR
A refund processed to your original payment method
Replacements are shipped free of charge and usually dispatched within 5–7 business days after approval.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of confirmation. Refunds are credited to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking).
If you do not see the refund reflected after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider first. If you still need assistance, reach out to our support team.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
Opened or partially consumed packs
Products returned without authorization
Items returned beyond the 48-hour notification period
6. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched. To request cancellation, contact us by phone or email.
After Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
7. Shipping Costs on Returns

If an order is returned to us because:

The shipment was refused without valid reason

If your purchase included a discount or promotional offer, refunds will be calculated based on the net amount paid after the offer was applied.
